How pricing works

From baseline, to scale, to depth — three simple steps.

1

Start with Core

Core gives you the complete baseline: Microsoft 365 licences, users, Azure spend and executive visibility.

2

Scale by users

Core pricing scales with the number of licensed Microsoft 365 users in your organisation.

3

Add packs by quote

Capability packs are scoped and quoted around your governance, security, retention and reporting priorities.

How pricing scales with your organisation

Core pricing is based on the number of licensed Microsoft 365 users in your organisation. Each active user is counted once. Inactive and unlicensed accounts aren't counted.

Ask us about pricing for your size

Live by default. Longer history when you need it.

Core shows your current Microsoft cloud data. If you need a longer history for governance or compliance, Extended Retention keeps your reporting history — by quote.

Up to seven years where your governance or compliance policy requires it.

Flexible business payment options

Monthly or annual subscription
Invoice, purchase order or card
Enterprise agreement by quote

CloudOrbit never stores your card details. Payments are handled by a secure payment provider.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need all capability packs from day one?

No. Start with Core, then add packs when your organisation needs deeper governance, security, automation or longer history.

Why are capability packs quoted?

Because every organisation is different. Pricing reflects the size and complexity of your Microsoft cloud, what you need to see, and how much setup is involved.

How is Core priced?

By the number of licensed Microsoft 365 users in your organisation. Each active user counts once.

Can I pay annually or by invoice?

Yes. Monthly, annual, invoice, purchase order and enterprise agreements are all supported.

Does Core store long-term history?

No. Core shows your current Microsoft cloud data. Extended Retention is available by quote if you need a longer history.

Multi-customer operator capabilities are on the roadmap. Contact us if this is relevant.
